Membership in PSG InDia is open to qualified healthcare professionals including but not limited to:

• Registered medical practitioners (MBBS, MD, DM, or equivalent) in endocrinology, obstetrics & gynaecology, internal medicine, or related specialties
• Registered dietitians, nutritionists, and diabetes educators
• Nurses, midwives, and allied health professionals involved in maternal and metabolic healthcare
• Medical students and postgraduate trainees (with valid institutional enrollment proof)
• International professionals and researchers with a qualifying interest in diabetes in pregnancy

PSG InDia reserves the right to verify credentials and reject or cancel any application where eligibility criteria are not met.

All applicants must submit the following at the time of registration:

• A valid educational qualification certificate or student/trainee enrollment document
• A government-issued photo identity proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Medical Council registration)
• A completed online membership form with accurate personal and professional details

Incomplete applications will not be processed. PSG InDia is not liable for delays caused by submission of incomplete or incorrect documents.

• The membership fee is a Yearly, non-refundable payment: ₹10,000/- for Indian professionals and $200 for international professionals.
• Fees are subject to change at the discretion of PSG InDia. The fee applicable at the time of submission shall apply to that application.
• Payment must be completed online through the designated payment gateway on www.psgindia.org.
• Membership is activated only upon receipt of full payment and verification of submitted documents.
• Confirmation of successful payment and activation will be communicated via email and/or SMS to the registered contact details.

• PSG InDia membership is academic and professional in nature. It does not confer governing, voting, or administrative rights within the society unless separately designated.
• Membership is personal and non-transferable. It may not be assigned, sold, or shared with any other individual or organization.
• The society operates as a Yearly membership tier (Membership for One Year). Future tiered structures, if introduced, will be communicated with adequate notice.

Members are expected to uphold the professional standards, ethics, and reputation of PSG InDia at all times. Members must:

• Conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism in all interactions within the PSG InDia community, including webinars, conferences, and digital platforms.
• Not misrepresent their affiliation with PSG InDia or use the society's name, logo, or credentials in an unauthorized or misleading manner.
• Not engage in plagiarism, fabrication of clinical data, or academic misconduct in connection with society activities.
• Comply with applicable laws, medical ethics guidelines, and the code of conduct of their respective professional registration councils.

• PSG InDia reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel membership if discrepancies, falsifications, or violations of these Terms are discovered at any stage.
• Members found to have submitted fraudulent documents or misrepresented their credentials will have their membership cancelled without refund.
• A member may request voluntary resignation from the society by writing to secretariat@psgindia.org. No refund shall be provided upon voluntary resignation.
• In the event of disciplinary action by the member's professional council, PSG InDia may suspend membership pending resolution.

• All clinical guidelines, publications, research papers, webinar recordings, and other content made available through the PSG InDia member portal are the intellectual property of PSG InDia or the respective authors.
• Members may access and use society content for personal professional development and patient care. Redistribution, commercial use, or republication of PSG InDia materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
• Members who contribute research, articles, or case discussions to PSG InDia platforms grant the society a non-exclusive license to publish, archive, and share such contributions within the PSG InDia community.

• PSG InDia collects and processes personal data including name, contact details, qualifications, and payment information solely for the purpose of membership administration and communication of society activities.
• Member data will not be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
• Limited data sharing with conference organizers, CME accreditation bodies, or partner institutions may occur as necessary to deliver member benefits.
• Members may update their personal information or request data correction by contacting secretariat@psgindia.org.
• PSG InDia employs reasonable security measures to protect member data. However, the society does not warrant absolute security against unauthorized access.

• PSG InDia clinical guidelines, position papers, and educational content are produced for professional educational purposes only.
• They do not constitute direct medical advice and must be applied with clinical judgment appropriate to individual patient circumstances.
• PSG InDia shall not be held liable for any clinical outcomes arising from the application or misapplication of society guidelines or educational content.
• The society is not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content linked from the PSG InDia platform.

PSG InDia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of membership benefits following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with PSG InDia membership shall first be sought to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
